At Liz2000.com, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our delivery guidelines below to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order is successfully placed.

2. Delivery Coverage:
We currently deliver nationwide across Bangladesh.
Delivery is available to cities, towns, and most rural areas through our trusted courier partners.

3. Delivery Time:

Delivery time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unavoidable circumstances.

4. Delivery Charges:
Inside Dhaka: ৳80
Outside Dhaka: ৳120
Delivery charge will be added at checkout.
Occasionally, we may offer Free Delivery on selected promotions.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer Cash on Delivery all over Bangladesh.
Please pay the exact amount to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking update via SMS or call from our courier partner.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts:
If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, the courier will attempt delivery again.
If delivery fails multiple times due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be canceled.
8. Address Responsibility:
Customers must provide accurate and complete address details.
Liz2000.com will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
9. Damaged or Open Package:
Please check the package in front of the delivery person.
If the package is damaged or opened, refuse to accept it and contact our support immediately.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control:
Liz2000.com is not liable for delivery delays caused by:
Natural disasters
Political unrest
Courier service issues
Public holidays
